PAA Application 2024-2025

Applications for 2024-2025 Peer Academic Advisors are due Friday, January 19, 2024, by 11:59:59pm.  Applications will be accepted until the deadline, however many offices will review applications as they are received and may potentially contact candidates for interviews prior to the deadline.

The Peer Academic Advising Program is committed to serving the diverse population of students at UCI by mirroring this diversity in our cohort of Peer Academic Advisors. We seek to employ students of different backgrounds and experiences, and will consider all applicants who are passionate and qualified, regardless of age, gender identity or expression, race, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, veteran status, or other non-job related characteristics.

Please submit your application online using the form below.  You can use this form regardless of whether you are applying a new or returning Peer Academic Advisor in any advising office.  Please note that the application for the PAA Program Coordinator is a separate application.

The online form below will ask you to submit the following items:

• Your information (name, UCI student ID, contact information, majors, etc.)
• Acknowledgments of the PAA job responsibilities and time commitment
• Responses to several short essay application questions
• One reference (name and contact info only, no letter required)
• One-page résumé
• Details about your availability 2024-2025
