Why do you love UCI?

I love here because it’s a wonderful school with high academic performance and with soooooooo many fun activities on campus. I also like the city of Irvine too because we can have so much fun here. Also, people in UCI are all very nice people, which really makes me feel involved.

How can you be a successful Anteater?

I think to be a successful Anteater, work hard and play hard is the keyword. We need to study hard, but we also need to have enough activities to enrich our campus life. The last thing to do is to do only one thing tediously without having any other aspects of our campus life in this university.

What is one fun fact about yourself?

I am not only an international student but also an “international enough” person! I love traveling; I love different cultures around the world; I have traveled to more than 20 countries, including the US. Because of it, I also love language learning! Despite English, I also speak Chinese (Mandarin + Cantonese), Japanese, Korean, French, and I’m still learning Spanish! Engaging with “new stuff” and getting out of the comfort zone is my attitude to life.
