Why do you love UCI?
I love UCI because this school has given me many opportunities to grow and meet new people. When I first received my acceptance to UCI, I was so excited to start a new chapter of my life here, but I was also really nervous! But right when I stepped on campus, I knew this was the perfect place for me. The supportive community here at UCI has allowed me to meet so many amazing, kind people and develop long-lasting friendships. The faculty and staff are very supportive of their students and strive to see us succeed. UCI has given me many outlets to thrive by allowing me to explore my passions and various interests, such as pursuing a double major. And to top it off, our campus is beautiful; even just walking through Aldrich Park puts a smile on my face!
How can you be a successful Anteater?
One way to be a successful Anteater is to take advantage of the vast opportunities and resources available on campus. UCI has a variety of services to help support students’ success, such as the Counseling Center, LARC, the Advising Offices, going to a professor’s office hours, and so much more!
What is one fun fact about yourself?
A fun fact about me is that I love all things Disney! My top favorite Disney movies are Tangled, The Princess and the Frog, and the live-action Beauty and the Beast (I probably saw it at least 4 times when it first came out in theaters <3)
