Why do you love UCI?
I love UCI for many reasons! I have met some of my best friends here, have gotten many opportunities for research, and feel involved in the campus community. This campus is gorgeous, and having the ability to walk around Ring Road and see my friends throughout the day while going to class is something that I love. On top of our campus, we are 15 minutes away from Newport beach, which I love to go visit on the weekends! UCI has become my home away from home and it holds a special place in my heart.
How can you be a successful Anteater?
You can be a successful Anteater by staying on track with your classes each week and putting yourself out there to try new opportunities. UCI has so many opportunities and once you start searching for them, you will be surprised by what’s out there. It might be nerve racking to get out of your comfort zone, but there is the excitement of potentially finding something that will positively impact your life!
What is one fun fact about yourself?
I love to paint. I like to take pictures of different views while I go on runs/explore new areas and then paint them on a later date. Right now, watercolor is my favorite because I am able to sketch over my designs!
