Why do you love UCI?

My favorite thing about UCI is the people. Everyone that I meet here is always so friendly, inviting, and passionate about what they’re doing. It is here at UCI that I have met so many people who I know are going to be lifelong friends and mentors. I can not think of a better place to make shared memories with my favorite people.

How can you be a successful Anteater?

The number one piece of advice that has helped me be successful in this school is to stay on top of things. It is really easy to fall behind in the quarter system because it is so fast paced. It was a hard transition between high school where you learn the same amount of material in a year that we learn in a quarter. Staying on top of things does not just mean school work, lectures, and content, but also social relationships. Especially while everything is moving so quickly, it is easy to forget and neglect your relationships. School is important, but so are your friendships.

What is one fun fact about yourself?

A fun fact about myself is that I have the world’s cutest cat named Chibi and he doesn’t have a tail 🙂
