Why do you love UCI?

I love UCI for its welcoming community and beautiful campus. As an international student, I was initially nervous about leaving home, but UCI has become my home away from home. I love taking advantage of UCI’s resources— borrowing sheet music from Langson Library, attending Campuswide Honors Collegium events, and admiring the pink trees in Aldrich Park. UCI is a safe and supportive place where Anteaters can grow, develop, and discover themselves!

How can you be a successful Anteater?

Be kind to yourself and others, and understand your own capacity. A successful Anteater treats every situation as a learning opportunity. No matter how hard life hits, stay strong and get back up! It is also really important to find a supportive and loving network who you can rely on. Don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone, because you miss every opportunity you don’t take!

What is one fun fact about yourself?

I love potatoes!
