Why do you love UCI?
I love UCI for its diversity, beautiful campus, and location in Orange County! Since coming to UCI, I have had so many opportunities to connect and form relationships with other students and professors, and have loved being a part of such a diverse community. I also love spending time in Aldrich park and walking around campus because I find the environment so welcoming and calming. Lastly, I love that UCI is so close to the beaches, Disneyland, and other attractions in Orange County, making there no shortage of things to do on weekends or in my free time!
How can you be a successful Anteater?
Focus on your own work-life balance and do not be afraid to try new things! Focusing on your own wellbeing is an important part of navigating school and taking care of yourself. Also, make sure to get involved in some of the numerous student organizations on campus because you never know who you’ll meet and form friendships with!
What is one fun fact about yourself?
A fun fact about me is that I got super invested in the TV show Survivor over quarantine in 2020, and I have since watched all 43 seasons that have been released!
