Why do you love UCI?
There are so many reasons to love UCI but for me, the sense of community and the beautiful campus makes me proud to be a student. Working with UCI Housing and being involved with extracurriculars on campus has given me a chance to really get to know my peers and I can confidently say they are not only intelligent, but so kind and caring. Of course the beautiful campus is such a draw, and walking around seeing the nature instantly brings a smile to my face. Our community is constantly making me proud and I cannot imagine being anywhere else!
How can you be a successful Anteater?
Being a successful Anteater starts from within. Academic success is built on having an open mindset and being willing to challenge yourself in an academic environment. Success and happiness outside of school come from exploring new things, making new friends, and strengthening relationships with the people you love!
What is one fun fact about yourself?
I absolutely love going to concerts! So far this year I attended Tyler, the Creators Chromakopia tour and Rolling Loud music festival. My favorite music festival that I’ve been to is definitely Camp Flog Gnaw—I’ve gone twice! I have seen a lot of my favorite artists in concert and though it is hard to choose, my favorite performances were by Playboi Carti, Beabadobee and Ken Carson. I usually go with my friends and my younger brother and I always make such great memories!
