Why do you love UCI?

I love the community here at UCI. There’s all sorts of clubs available, from professional and major-related clubs to social clubs for various interests. I’ve met many of my friends through clubs. Petr drops are another great part of the community, people give out free stickers and others are excited to collect them. It’s great seeing people come together for fun drawings of our mascot!

How can you be a successful Anteater?

I’d say a good first step to being a successful Anteater is joining clubs. The Anteater Involvement Fair can be a great way to find out about clubs focused on your major or interests. It’s a fun way to make friends, meet other people in your major, learn about new opportunities, or just have fun hanging out. Whether you want to relax with a social club or attend a networking event at a professional club, clubs are my favorite way of getting involved on campus.

What is one fun fact about yourself?

I can (sort of) juggle and make balloon animals! My grandpa taught me how to juggle when I was little, and I learned how to make balloon animals to volunteer at the balloon animal booth at my local library’s summer reading program festival.
