Why do you love UCI?

I really love UCI because it feels like the place where you can find your own path and grow. There are so many different opportunities (clubs, internships, researches, etc.) that are tailored for everyone and people here are always ready to help. The community is super welcoming and diverse, so you get to meet people with all kinds of backgrounds and perspectives. It feels like a place that supports you in both your academic and personal goals. Plus I’ve been meeting the most amazing and supportive people at UCI!

How can you be a successful Anteater?

I think being a successful Anteater is about making the most of all the resources and opportunities that UCI has to offer while also staying true to yourself. It is important to find a balance between academics, extracurriculars, and others. Also, being proactive is definitely the key to success: reaching out to professors during office hours, joining study groups with classmates, and taking advantage of resources like the peer tutoring center and the writing center. Always support your fellow Anteaters and building a network of friends who encourage each other to succeed. At the end of the day it’s about keeping an open mind, embracing challenges, and always striving to improve while also making sure to enjoy your college experience! :3

What is one fun fact about yourself?
