Why do you love UCI?
I love UCI because of the community and friendships that I have developed in my time as an anteater. UCI is also in the heart of Orange County, so I have a lot of love for it as well being an Orange County Native myself. I have had access to opportunities of growth and leadership at UCI, which have continued my development into my career. I am grateful for the opportunities and friendships UCI has provided me with, and I can’t wait to make the most of the years I have left at UCI.
How can you be a successful Anteater?
Being a successful Anteater can be a struggle but it doesn’t have to be! My freshman year I didn’t do the greatest in my classes so I sought out resources that the school provides for Anteaters. Study groups, office hours, and time management skills have been essential to my in classroom success. On top of this, these resources have also contributed to my social success at UCI, making friends and doing well in classes is something I wish I took advantage of at the start of my Anteater career.
What is one fun fact about yourself?
Fun fact about myself is I love being a nerd. I’m a big Star Wars and Pokémon guy. My current fixation right now is Invincible. I express my love for my favorite media through Legos and buying Pokémon cards!
