Why do you love UCI?
UCI is a welcoming community full of like-minded students who all do their best to provide support to one another. From faculty to support staff, each of these people work endlessly to give students the best possible college experience. The campus at UCI is also amazing because you can easily go on a walk around Aldrich Park to admire nature and destress. Plus you can always come across a new study spot on campus!
How can you be a successful Anteater?
Being able to step out of your comfort zone and keeping an open mind to try new things is what can make your college experience a unique and memorable one. One thing I wanted to do at UCI was to really put myself out there with the different opportunities available to me and to join clubs and organizations that interested me. I have been able to meet so many passionate individuals and friends along the way while developing myself personally and professionally. College is the best time to pursue your interests and to meet new people, so take advantage of those opportunities to make the most out of your time here at UCI!
What is one fun fact about yourself?
I played volleyball in high school for 4 years as a setter! I still love to play for fun either through intramurals or with my friends.
