Why do you love UCI?
I love UCI because of its calm and centralizing presence. I feel like no matter what kind of day I have, there will be a place I can destress or get some quiet time for myself. There are so many pretty spots on campus as well as around, and it never fails to make the warm California weather wonderful.
How can you be a successful Anteater?
One of the best ways to be a successful anteater is to be on top of what you need to do for yourself. I have always thrived in community, so creating a safe space with people you love will always be important in helping me be motivated to being successful. Finding people that have the same goals as you can also help keep you on track.
What is one fun fact about yourself?
I love plants! My freshman year I went overboard and bought way too many and my desk in Mesa Court could only hold the plants—nothing else. Now, my obsession is more tame, but I love my plants and they all have names.
