Why do you love UCI?
UCI was my first choice and I was super excited to attend! Beyond that, I love UCI because of the amount of resources available to students! There are so many on-campus events and services that can really help out when you need them. The campus itself is also beautiful! I love to visit Aldrich Park in-between my classes, and there are a bunch of cozy spots to visit and catch your breath at.
How can you be a successful Anteater?
You can be a successful Anteater by utilizing the various resources found on campus. If you ever find yourself struggling with your classes, with your mental health, or with basic necessities, they are always available. You should also never be afraid to reach out to your professors, TAs, and even other classmates for help! Lastly, you should always value your mental health. The last thing you want is to experience burn-out, so make sure to give yourself some time to relax and do things that you enjoy. Remember, we’re all in this together.
What is one fun fact about yourself?
A fun fact about me is that I grew three teeth from my right front tooth! First, I grew in my regular baby teeth, then I grew in a tooth that was sharp, pointy, and shark-like, and finally I grew in my adult teeth. Aside from that, I also have two pet cats. Their names are Jack (O-Lantern) and Miso.
