Why do you love UCI?
I love UCI as it serves as the premier environment where these functional interactions will surely enhance my intelligence, values, and professional priorities for the better. At UCI, I have grown into a determined learner who is exposed to new perspectives, challenging experiences, and incredible internships. UCI is my second home, where I met many enthusiastic friends who truly inspired me with their brilliance and incredible mindsets.
How can you be a successful Anteater?
We all learn in different ways. We all come to college with a unique set of difficulties and experiences. We are ultimately accountable for our presence here.
Ask the questions you need to be answered. Get the assistance you require. Make your experience exactly what you want it to be. Plan, schedule, follow through, follow up, assess results, and keep oneself accountable for completing tasks. Self-sufficiency is vital, but so is the decision to engage in mutually beneficial partnerships. Find individuals who can encourage you and also, those who you can support.
Don’t forget that you are enough, regardless of your grades or degrees. Remember to love yourself, be yourself, and embrace the best in yourself and express the positives to others!
What is one fun fact about yourself?
I’ve been playing basketball for over eight years and I’m still small! I’m 5 feet tall, and basketball hasn’t helped me get any taller!
