Personal Biography

Why do you love UCI?

To simply say it, I love the campus environment. To complement it, I have met some of the kindest souls who genuinely care, whether they are friends, peers, mentors, or staff. Meeting these people have made my journey even better. I am very grateful to be part of UCI.

How can you be a successful Anteater?

Taking care of health is one of the crucial ways to become a successful Anteater. Striving to learn is always at the forefront of our priorities but taking care of our health, especially mental health, seems to take a backseat. So, I think it’s important to take breaks and not shy away from asking for help when needed.

What is one fun fact about yourself?

I used to play tennis in high school. I loved it, especially because of my amazing teammates. It was competitive, which meant sometimes we lost. But, no matter what, we always tried to cheer up each other because having fun and giving the best effort is what mattered in the end.
