Personal Biography
Why do you love UCI?
UCI has beautiful scenery- I love seeing squirrels scampering up the large trees as the wind rustles the leaves. It’s filled with kind, creative, friendly students that have been nothing but supportive the moment I stepped foot on campus. UCI has given me the opportunity to grow and thrive in a space that I now call home. For these reasons, I’ve found love for UCI.
How can you be a successful Anteater?
Being a successful Anteater, aside from being dedicated to one’s academics, revolves around taking advantage of what UCI has to offer. There’s an abundance of campus organizations, resource centers, and social events that happen at UCI, and they’re all great ways to make connections, build job experience, and add to the UCI community. I didn’t fully take advantage of such opportunities and resources during my first year, and now that I do, I have realized that they have been truly beneficial to my well-being and overall success.
What is one fun fact about yourself?
A fun fact about myself is that I have a passion for photography and I have a DSLR camera! I enjoy spending my free time finding small features and hidden patterns that are often overlooked. Finding time to do hobbies you enjoy, I’ve found, are truly gratifying.
