Personal Biography
Why do you love UCI?
The main reason I love UCI is because of how green it is. The grass is always green, the flowers seem is always be in bloom, the tall trees provide shade to everyone and the air is so crisp. Even with the stressful tests and being overwhelmed, laying down in Aldrich Park to bird watch always calms me down. The college I transferred from had more of a desert feel to it and we had a total of three big trees, so I am very appreciative of this new change of scenery.
How can you be a successful Anteater?
I can be a successful Anteater by asking questions and building connections with students, professors, TAs, and counselor. I believe that everyone knows something and sometimes that “something” can make all the difference whether it be advice, a joke, or a recommendation. Plus, I think everyone feels better when they have someone to talk to, or at least that is how I feel. There is so much to learn in the world and everyone sees the world differently. I think that is super useful.
What is one fun fact about yourself?
A fun fact about myself is that I love watching movies! I go through phases where a certain type is my main focus. Right now, I am into John Hughes movies and my favorite is Pretty in Pink. Before, I was into 90s Bollywood movies and my favorite is Raja Hindustani. Prior to Bollywood, I loved 80s Horror/Slasher films!
