Why do you love UCI?
I love UCI because of the supportive communities all throughout campus. I’ve found close friendships in unexpected places and I have been able to grow both academically and personally. We also have a stunning campus, especially in the spring, and the beach is just a fifteen-minute drive away!
How can you be a successful Anteater?
Remember, you’re not alone when you’re struggling—there are many people here to help! In addition to the advising office and PAAs, take advantage of the numerous resources available to you, like TA/prof office hours. Don’t forget to find a balance between academics and your personal life – the memories you make here will last a lifetime.
What is one fun fact about yourself?
For a solid month in high school, I would listen to sea shanties when I studied. Now, I use rap or Taylor Swift to lock in!
