Personal Biography
Why do you love UCI?
I love UCI because of the welcoming and accepting environment this university strives to provide. In general, new environments are difficult to adjust to and as a transfer student, I was nervous about transitioning between institutions. However, I was presented with resources along with a support system that helped ease my transition. Overall, I easily found a community here at UCI in which I felt a sense of belonging.
How can you be a successful Anteater?
Although, I am still learning more about UCI culture everyday, I grew to understand that being a successful Anteater involves being one’s genuine self. UCI encourages every individual to explore and pursue their different interests. Along with the immense support this school offers, I believe achieving personal and academic goals comes easy when we are true to ourselves and genuine with our intentions.
What is one fun fact about yourself?
As a movie and TV enthusiast, I have an odd talent for identifying voice actors. Watching a new movie with me almost always involves hearing me say “Oh my gosh! I know that voice! Where are they from…”
