Personal Biography

Why do you love UCI?

I love UCI because of the many varied opportunities it offers for students. Since coming to UCI, I have had the opportunity to take many interesting courses and participate in many events that I would not have otherwise been able to. Especially in the school of ICS, which has many different majors and tracks, I have found classes for every different interest. Outside of the classroom, I have had the opportunity to join many different groups and attend many different events, and I have found my people through them.

How can you be a successful Anteater?

To be a successful Anteater, you have to seek out opportunities and resources that match your interests. There are many different opportunities available for everyone, such as tutoring for classes, career help, and research opportunities. There are also different clubs and extracurricular groups you can join to find like-minded people. To be successful, you must decide which fit your goals and interests best.

What is one fun fact about yourself?

A fun fact about myself is that I earned a third degree black belt in martial arts after many years of practice. Martial arts was my main extracurricular activity throughout most of my childhood, and I trained for many years to achieve my goals.
