Why do you love UCI?

I love UCI because it has provided me with plenty of opportunities to grow. As a first-generation student it was scary to come to college and experience something new. Through UCI I was able to join programs that helped me learn new skills and get out of my comfort zone. I’ve had amazing mentors, met incredible staff and students. There are organizations that help students like me. I’ve truly enjoyed all the resources and opportunities I’ve had which is why UCI stands out.
