Personal Biography
Why do you love UCI?
I love UCI because it has such good opportunities for all types of majors, and you are able to find a community no matter what you are interested in or want to pursue. There are many resources and everybody has a helping heart that is open to help others, as well as useful and effective advice. The social environment is very fun and inclusive and it is easy to get plugged in anywhere. I also personally really like the campus, and I think it is really one of the prettiest UC campuses.
How can you be a successful Anteater?
I can be a successful Anteater by trying my best for everything I am determined to do, whether it is to accomplish my schoolwork or make lifelong friends. It sounds very cliche, but it really is a mental game first in how much you believe in your abilities to accomplish something. However, another important aspect of being a successful Anteater is setting correct boundaries to how much time and mental space is given to only one thing. I believe that having a correct balance of everything will allow you to find the critical point in being successful in everything you desire.
What is one fun fact about yourself?
A fun fact about myself is that I am really spontaneous and adventurous. I really like physical activity, so when combining a risk-taking mindset and physical activity, there can be interesting and crazy possibilities, such as running into the ocean at 1 in the morning :0
As loud and crazy I am, I also really like playing instruments and listening to music, and I find a lot of healing in that time, especially when I am in a quiet setting listening/playing worship music.
